Is there a cap on how many people I can refer?

No — you can refer as many businesses as you like. Every qualifying referral earns credit.

When does the $500 credit appear on my account?

Credits are applied automatically after your referred business has been an active, paying customer for 90 days.

What counts as an “active” customer?

Active means the referred business has completed onboarding and maintained a paid subscription for the 90-day qualification period.

Which countries can participate?

The program is available in the following regions: United States (If you’re outside these areas, please contact our sales team — eligibility may vary.)

What happens if my referral cancels during the 90 days?

If the referred account cancels or downgrades below a paid subscription before 90 days, the referral won’t qualify. You’ll be notified if a referral fails to qualify and why.

Can I refer myself or my own business?

No, self-referrals are not allowed. The referral program is designed to reward you for bringing in new businesses, not for your own accounts.
